Annanda Chaga reserves the right to deem products that have been opened, partially used, display clear signs of misuse or tampering not eligible for replacement, refund or credit. If you feel you have received Annanda chaga products that are defective please contact us and we will assist you with your request for store credit within 30 days of purchase upon confirmation of your original order.
Parcels returned due to missing, partial or incorrectly supplied shipping information, or that have returned to us as a result of failure to pickup from a postal station are disposed of and not considered a product return nor are eligible for refund or credit.
