Heather & Blair of Annanda

As these practices became part of his daily life, Blair experienced a meaningful personal shift—greater resilience, clarity, and connection. Inspired by his experience, he began sharing chaga with friends and family, many of whom spoke of their own positive changes in well‑being.
Today, Blair lives an active, grounded life and remains deeply grateful for the role that mindfulness, movement, and forest wisdom have played in his journey.

Heather’s connection to nature began early in life. Growing up in far Northwestern Ontario, the forest became a place of refuge and renewal. After making the courageous decision to leave a difficult situation, Heather met Blair and began her own journey with chaga and intentional self‑care.
Through regular use of chaga tea and tinctures, combined with a slower, more mindful way of living, Heather noticed gradual yet meaningful changes in how she felt—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She describes a growing clarity of mind and a deeper ability to live in the present moment.
Today, Heather and Blair walk their path together with humility and purpose. They feel honoured to steward chaga responsibly and to share its spirit with others who are seeking connection—to nature, to balance, and to themselves.
