Directions:
Enjoy hot or cold. 
Consume as is or dilute to taste.
Reheat in microwave or immerse in hot water   
Keep unused portions refrigerated for up to 14 days.   
Store in freezer up to 6 months.

Recommended Dose:  
1 to 2 - 6 oz cups per day
1000 ml/32 oz bag will last 5 days (2 cups / day) or 8 days (diluted as noted above)
