3 heaping tablespoons of Lion's Mane mushroom Coffee per liter of hot water (or to taste).
We recommend brewing Lion's Mane coffee in a French press, Bodem, camp coffee (pot of water on stovetop), or percolator for best results.
Extended steeping time is preferred (10 min or more) to get the most from the mushroom component.
You can brew medicinal coffee mushroom in a coffee maker as you would regular coffee grinds.
