Forest Credits earned on returned items will be deducted from your total balance once your refund has been processed. We believe in the cycle of reciprocity—the credits follow the harvest.

No. In keeping with the simplicity of the forest, only one discount code can be applied per order. This includes combining reward codes with other promotional offers.
