- Yes, Chaga does help with pain relief. The Chunks are great for making tea and offer the most value as you can re-use them many times. Two cups of chaga tea per day is recommended. Chaga Tincture is especially good for arthritic and joint pain. 2 dropper pulls into each cup of chaga tea daily. Taking both chaga tea and tincture together is recommended for maximum benefit.
