By requesting a quotation, creating a wholesale account, submitting a purchase order, or purchasing bulk ingredients from Annanda Chaga Mushrooms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Bulk Ingredient Sales Terms & Conditions.
Product Use and Suitability
Bulk ingredients supplied by Annanda Chaga Mushrooms are raw materials intended for further processing, manufacturing, formulation, packaging, or resale.
Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their intended use, manufacturing process, formulation requirements, finished product specifications, and target market requirements.
Annanda Chaga Mushrooms makes no representation or warranty that any product is suitable for a particular application unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Regulatory Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and requirements in any jurisdiction where products are manufactured, marketed, distributed, imported, exported, or sold.
This includes, but is not limited to:

✔ Import and export requirements
✔ Marketing and advertising claims
✔ Food safety requirements

Documentation may be provided upon request, including:

Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt.
Claims relating to shortages, shipping damage, or product non-conformance must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Failure to provide notice within this period shall constitute acceptance of the product.
Lot Traceability
Annanda Chaga Mushrooms maintains lot identification and traceability records for products supplied.
Customers agree to maintain appropriate lot records and traceability systems for ingredients purchased from Annanda Chaga Mushrooms and for any products manufactured using those ingredients.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annanda Chaga Mushrooms' liability arising from the sale or use of any product shall be limited to:
- Replacement of the affected product, or
- Refund of the purchase price paid for the affected product,
at Annanda Chaga Mushrooms' sole discretion.
Annanda Chaga Mushrooms shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunity
- Product recalls
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Indirect damages
- Special damages
No Warranty for Finished Products
Annanda Chaga Mushrooms makes no representation or warranty regarding:
- Finished product performance
- Product efficacy
- Product safety
- Product stability
- Product claims
- Product marketability
- Regulatory compliance of finished products
All responsibility for finished products remains solely with the customer.
Availability
Bulk ingredient sales are currently available to Canadian businesses only.
Minimum order quantities, product availability, lead times, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

By submitting a wholesale application, requesting a quote, creating a wholesale account, submitting a purchase order, or purchasing bulk ingredients from Annanda Chaga Mushrooms, you confirm that:
