This Chaga Chai Hot Chocolate is rich, gently spiced, and deeply comforting. It’s an easy way to enjoy chaga in a familiar, indulgent format that fits naturally into cozy moments, winter evenings, or slow mornings.

Ingredients


- 2 tablespoons of your favourite milk (dairy or plant‑based) 
- 1½ tablespoons cocoa powder 
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener) 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 1½ cups brewed Annanda Chaga Chai 
  *(or Annanda Chaga tea if you prefer it without chai spices)* 
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon *(only if using plain Chaga tea — our chai already includes it)* 
- A small pinch of salt 

 Instructions


1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk and brewed chaga over medium heat. 
   Avoid boiling — warm and steaming is perfect.


2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and salt.


3. Whisk continuously until smooth, glossy, and lightly frothy.


4. Once hot and well blended, pour into your favourite mug.

 

Optional Toppings


- Whipped cream or coconut whip 
- Marshmallows 
- A light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon 
- A pinch of Annanda Chaga fine powder for a more robust flavour
