ImmuniTea™ is Annanda’s thoughtfully crafted three‑mushroom forest tea blend, combining wild Canadian chaga with organically grown reishi, turkey tail, and astragalus root, balanced with warming spices.
This blend is inspired by traditional approaches to multi‑ingredient mushroom teas—prepared slowly, shared regularly, and valued as part of a broader daily ritual rather than for quick or isolated effects.
Across northern and Eastern traditions, mushrooms and roots were often prepared together as long‑brewed teas rather than single‑ingredient infusions. ImmuniTea™ reflects this approach by bringing together complementary mushrooms and botanicals in one balanced blend.
The flavor profile is earthy and gently warming, with subtle spice notes that support long, slow brewing.
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)
A wild, birch‑associated fungus traditionally brewed as a slow forest decoction.
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
A woody mushroom long prepared in teas across East Asian traditions.
Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor)
A shelf‑forming mushroom commonly included in traditional mushroom decoctions.
Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranaceus)
A classic herbal root historically used in tea blends.
Cinnamon, Ginger & Cardamom
Added to round out flavor and create a gently warming cup suited to extended steeping.
This blend is designed for slow, low‑heat brewing, rather than quick steeping.
Traditional preparation approach:
Preparation methods may include stovetop brewing or covered thermal steeping.

Not all chaga is the same. Differences in sourcing, handling, and preparation affect how it is understood and compared as a traditional forest product.
Here are a few key factors to consider when choosing chaga:
Chaga traditionally forms on living birch trees in northern forests. Some products are made from cultivated mycelium grown on grain rather than whole wild material.
Chaga grows slowly over many years, so harvest location matters. Products sourced from remote northern regions are typically valued for environmental integrity and traceability.
Clear sourcing information and documented quality standards help ensure a product has been responsibly handled and evaluated.
Chaga depends on living trees. Responsible harvesting focuses on long-term forest health and sustainability.
Chaga is available in several formats, including chunks, tea-cut, powder, and extracts. These reflect different preparation styles rather than differences in outcome.
Annanda Chaga is wild-harvested from Canadian boreal forests and prepared with a focus on transparency, traceability, and traditional use.

"Renee. Wish I could contact you. How's it going today using the mushroom tea for your breast cancer. I might be on the same road. Just going to buy this today. Awesome testimony"
"These both are comforting, warming teas, perfect for a cold winters night."
"I haven't tried this tea yet but I love cinnamon and ginger so I'm looking forward to trying it. I have been using the chaga tea and chunks and the extract together for about a month now, so we shall see what the outcome is. This company is truly a blessing to deal with and they answer all my questions. The great thing is they are canadian. Thank you"
"Was introduced to Chaga by an indigenous elder in the Yukon after reaching a blessed remission, then came across your site only to be treated to fresh chaga from Ontario at a fair price harvested responsibly . Thanks"
"I like the teas I purchased. I feel like I'm doing something good for my body when I drink it. My favorite is the coffee though. I drink the coffee sweetened with maple syrup, Coconut Condensed Milk or Brown Sugar. I also drink it with Plain Coconut Milk, Cashew Milk, or just by itself. It's really good. And unlike other coffee it doesn't stop me from being able to fall asleep in the afternoon or at night. I love the taste and the smell. I put the used coffee grounds nto my compost bin or directly into the soil where I grow my vegetables instead of throwing them into the garbage this way I get to enjoy the benefits of Chaga for a longer period of time. It's good stuff."
"I believe Chaga tea has made a big difference. In 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and advised to get my affairs in order. Shortly after I began drinking Chaga tea and my oncologist has called me an anomaly for beating stage 4 cancer. I recommend your product to everyone who will listen. Love the product and hope to meet you the next time I'm home."
"Amazing product worth all the money . Quality is excellent ! I will be definitely buying more !"
"Wonderfull service as always. Love dealing with these guys. And the absolute best products, hands down. keep up the great work."
"Great product , I'd have given a five star except for the super coarseness of the packaged contents. I feel the mushrooms would give more beneficial brewing if cut in finer increments. Way too chunky!"
