- Hi, chaga and reishi mushrooms will help to lower and stabilize blood pressure. So continue to monitor your blood pressure levels. Over time you may find that you may need to adjust (lower) your medication accordingly. The goal being that meds will no longer be needed.
- I just order and was wondering how to store the tinctures? Should they be refrigerated once opened?
- Tinctures can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.
